How can I provide access to my Twitter Ads account?

Nowadays many businesses will enlist the help of a partner or agency to help them with managing their Twitter Ads, as it can often be too difficult and time consuming to do it yourself. When this is necessary, you will also need to grant your partner access to your ad account.

With Twitter, you can provide four different levels of ad account access for any third parties, tailoring it to your needs and the amount of responsibility you want to provide.

Access level for Twitter Ads

Account Administrator

Has the highest level of access to the account. While they cannot post organic tweets, they can do a variety of other things including granting access to the account, assigning and editing account roles, changing ad campaigns, viewing performance data, accessing client information and creating promoted Tweets.

Ad Manager

Has a slightly lower level of access, as they cannot create organic tweets or new accounts, but they can change campaigns, view performance data and create promoted Tweets.

Campaign Analyst

can access ad accounts, but they cannot change any campaigns, view any performance data, create any new accounts or post either organic or promoted Tweets.

Organic Analyst

Finally, can’t access paid campaigns, but they can view analytics and ad accounts.
