Party Houses is an independent holiday agency specialising in large group accommodation throughout the UK
The Strategy
Party Houses came to us looking to increase their search presence and gain coverage in the media their audience consumes. We developed an SEO strategy to fix technical aspects, and create category pages alongside reactive PR to give them the best chance of ranking for keywords that convert.
We adopted a “quick wins” strategy, concentrating on technical enhancements to improve both user experience and search visibility. These adjustments required minimal effort but yielded significant results.
Then, we prioritized pages according to their conversion rate and value, ensuring we optimised each page for high-search-intent keywords.
Finally, we crafted category pages tailored to search trends and keyword volumes. Examples include “unusual places to stay UK” and “pet-friendly log cabins.”

In just 3 months, we successfully built highly relevant, regional links straight to our commercial pages.
We accomplished this by capitalizing on trends that could be linked to Party Houses. For instance, when the Netflix hit, Saltburn, and the mansion it featured was the main topic of conversation, we swiftly launched a reactive campaign. This campaign included direct links back to Party Houses mansions, with prices, bedroom information and links to book.
Travel to the Maasverse
Fans of #BookTok will likely know of Sarah J Maas. We jumped on the buzz (Over 3,1B views on TikTok under the hashtag #sarahjmaas) around her upcoming new book, matching properties from Party Houses to scenes in the book. We outreached this prior and during the release to secure coverage and links back to commercial pages.
