Fancy joining Minty as Head of Digital PR?
Role and responsibilities:
- Working efficiently across multiple Digital PR and search campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are stuck to
- Working closely with the team to develop cross platform strategies
- Collaborating with our international PR Manager for campaigns running in multiple countries
- Joining pitches for new clients
- Ensuring we hit client KPIs
- Creating roadmaps and timelines for project deliverables
- Ensure the team continue to keep great client relations
- Resolving any campaign issues
- Make sure the team’s accounts are running smoothly and timely
- Train and develop your team of managers and execs including owning the hiring process
- Working closely with other departments to help with company OKRS

Key requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience managing digital PR campaigns in an agency setting
- Strong knowledge of UK and US markets
- Experience leading on client communications including sales pitches
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Strong knowledge of the industry and ability to adapt to change quickly
- Ability to travel to our Barcelona HQ once a quarter (paid for by company)
